Seek The Epic collects only what we need to do the work: your email address when you join the newsletter, and whatever information you choose to share when you inquire about a trip or a commission.

What we collect

Newsletter: your email address, submitted via the footer form.

Inquiries: your name, email address, and the content of your message when you write to us at [email protected] or via mailto links across the site.

Site analytics: aggregate, anonymized data about how visitors find and move through the site (page views, traffic sources, device type). No individual tracking.

How we use it

Newsletter addresses are used to send Seek The Epic dispatches and trip announcements. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to process and deliver those emails — your address is stored there, not sold to anyone, and you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.

Inquiry content is read by Bret directly and used only to respond to your message.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not retarget you across the web.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within seven days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and note the revision date below. Substantial changes will be announced in the newsletter.
